Elizabeth:  Elizabeth graduated at the top of her class from Sir Sandford Fleming College with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy. Her exuberant personality and zeal for gaining new knowledge, along with her empathetic nature and passion for helping people, are some of the qualities which make Elizabeth a caring and proficient therapist.
Growing up in a large family and a small town, Elizabeth values a solid reputation and a warm sense of community. Before pursuing a life in massage therapy, Elizabeth lived all over central Ontario and in British Columbia, where she groomed and trained Standardbred race horses. Having worked so closely with equine athletes has most definitely been an asset on her journey toward a career in massage therapy. The change of pace from a rapid life of competition to a more fulfilling and deliberate one is a welcome revolution, and Rideau Lakes is now home.
Designed to adapt to the preferences and needs of individual clients, Elizabeth’s treatment approach will be distinctly tailored to address your specific concerns from within a wide variety of conditions and impairments related to the overall health and function of the soft tissues and joints of the body.

Laurel Wilson-I am dedicated to helping people discover the deep sense of peace that can be achieved when the body and mind are allowed to fully let go and relax.
Of course, letting go and relaxing are often more easily said than done! Sometimes a little help is needed, and so I offer several complementary modalities that are designed to promote a state of deep relaxation through all levels of your being.
As a graduate of the Physical and Health Education degree program at Queen's University, I bring a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to my work, as well as deep respect, kindness and compassion.
Having practiced Ayurvedic bodywork and massage since 2012, my training was completed through the Lotus Palm Massage School, and the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Additional foundational studies in Ayurveda have come from these sources, as well as from Janati Yoga School, and personal research. I am also an Experienced, Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with the Yoga Alliance, and in addition to teaching yoga workshops and classes, I am also an instructor with the Janati Teacher Training program.

And myself Sarah-My love affair with aromatherapy has been in the making for more than 2 decades.  I love working with it and sharing my love with others and helping others use aromatherapy in a safe way.    Here at the spa I prepare the ingredients for our relaxing aromatherapy facials, I also make oil blends to be used in our relaxation massages.  Through my training, I offer relaxation massages, aromatherapy facials, pedicures and manicures.   I'm also a bit of a tea junkie and have a wide variety of loose teas in our spa for sale or to sip on with your service.
